• The importance of having a support system for all staff is essential for maintaining mental health and well-being through effective, reliable and confidential supervision
• JQ Supervision will provide independent, impartial support in a safe and confidential environment
• It is a Statutory requirement that all schools provide relevant, effective and confidential supervision for all Early Years Foundation Staff  at least three times a year
• It is good practice for all Pastoral Staff to be provided with relevant, effective, and confidential supervision  
•  Keeping Children Safe in Education’ guidance states that DSL’s should be given the time, funding, training, resources and support to provide advice and support to other staff on child welfare and child protection matters
• Effective practitioner supervision can play a critical role in ensuring a clear focus on a child’s welfare. Supervision supports practitioners to reflect on the impact of their decisions on the child and their family. ‘Working Together to Safeguard Children’ 2018
